How to find your out-of-pocket exam cost
*
If the facility where you plan to have your exam is a Radia outpatient center, you can find the tax ID numbers for those facilities by visiting our
insurance page
. If you plan to have your exam at a partner hospital or clinic, you will need to contact the billing department at that facility for their tax ID.
**
The contracted rate is the amount Radia can bill your insurance for a specific exam. Contracted rates vary by facility and by exam, so it will be important to have the CPT code of the exam handy, as well as the tax ID number of the facility.
