If you do not see your particular plan on the list to the left it doesn't mean that Radia does not accept this insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company directly with the tax ID number of the Radia facility where you plan to have your exam (you can give the tax ID number for Radia P.S. for the reading portion of exams that will be performed at Partner Hospitals) and an agent should be able to let you know whether Radia is considered an in-network provider.

Evergreen Radia Tax ID#: 20-0143152
Swedish Radia at Edmonds Tax ID#: 20-3355320

Even if Radia is not considered an in-network provider under your plan, we may still be able to accept your insurance at out-of-network rates. Please be advised that if you have specific questions regarding coverage, your insurance company's customer service line will be the best resource for information on co-pays, deductibles, and whether a particular exam is covered by your plan.

If you plan to have an exam or procedure at one of our Hospital or Clinic Partners, instead of a Radia outpatient imaging center, please be advised that your insurance will be billed by both Radia (for the radiologists's read) and our partner location (for the technology fee).
